Provider Review, for provider groups covering PointClickCare facilities

Know what changed.Respond with the chart in context.Close the loop.

Dexzyle brings authorized resident data, incidents, and resident-movement events from PointClickCare into the same secure app your clinicians use to message the facilities they cover. Post-acute and long-term care groups review and act without adopting another EHR.

Illustrative sample resident. PointClickCare remains the clinical record.

Built for the group that already has an EHR and a billing system.

Provider Review is a paid extension of Dexzyle's secure communication platform, not another chart to adopt.

Who it is for

A medical director covering two buildings or a group covering fifty: post-acute and long-term care providers whose physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants answer facility questions during the day and on call.

  • Bought by the owner, medical director, CMO, or operations lead
  • Used by the clinician holding the phone
  • Keeps the practice EHR and billing system you already run

Who it is not for

Practices looking for a replacement EHR, billing or revenue-cycle services, e-prescribing, scheduling, or quality-program reporting. Provider Review reads the chart; it does not replace the systems that write it.

  • No practice EHR, billing, or e-prescribing
  • No ambient note-taking or generated chart summaries
  • No real-time delivery promises

Start at the moment between a facility signal and a provider decision.

Two are in production today. The third is built with pilot groups.

After-hours requestsIn production

The on-call question and the chart live in the same app.

A facility nurse messages the covering clinician in Dexzyle. The clinician opens that resident's Provider Review screen, a couple of taps away: medications and orders, allergies, conditions, latest vitals, who to call, and up to 30 days of progress notes. The answer goes back in the same secure conversation, without opening a separate PointClickCare session or waiting for a faxed face sheet.

Incident and movement follow-upIn production

The follow-up call starts from the record, not from a recap.

Incidents and admissions, discharges, and transfers recorded in PointClickCare appear on the resident's Provider Review screen with a 30-day view. A fall, a readmission, or a transfer is visible next to the current orders and the most recent notes, so the clinician reviewing it sees the same picture the facility does.

The "since last review" briefBuilt with pilot groups

What changed since you last looked, with every line linked to its source.

Built with our first three pilot groups: a brief of what is new for a resident since the clinician last reviewed them, covering notes, medication changes, observations, movement, and incidents over a window the clinician picks. Each line points at the note, order, observation, or event it came from. Pilot groups shape the window, the source links, and the hand-off formats. It is not part of the production offer until it ships.

One screen per resident. Every window stated.

Provider Review is its own screen for each resident, a couple of taps from the resident directory on web and from the resident's contacts on mobile. This is what is on it and how far back it looks.

Identity

Sign in with PointClickCare

Clinicians sign in to Dexzyle with their own PointClickCare credentials. Dexzyle acts with exactly the permissions their PointClickCare account already has, nothing broader, and re-linking takes one click when the authorization expires.

Scope

Limited to each clinician's residents

Resident pickers and review screens are limited to the residents the clinician is authorized to see in PointClickCare: the caseload they cover, not the whole census.

Direction

Provider Review reads. It does not write.

Nothing on this screen writes back to PointClickCare, which stays the clinical record. Filing secure-message text and shared attachments to a resident chart is a separate capability, where enabled for your organization.

Protection

Built for PHI

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is signed and expiring, and a Business Associate Agreement is part of onboarding. See the security page for the full posture.

Priced per provider and per facility. No editions to decode.

Provider Review is priced on its own, separately from Dexzyle's secure messaging plans.

Illustrative accounts: one provider covering two facilities is $297 per month ($594 for the 60-day pilot); 10 providers across 3 facilities is $1,287 per month ($2,574 for the pilot). No setup fee for pilots.

Secure messaging plans for facilities and pharmacies are on the pricing page. Facility activation runs through PointClickCare Marketplace and is confirmed during onboarding; availability of specific event types depends on your organization's configuration.

Sixty days, measured against your own baseline.

We are recruiting three groups. Each one gets the same structure.

1

Weeks 1 to 2: baseline and activation

We document how your clinicians answer facility questions today, connect your facilities through PointClickCare Marketplace, and sign clinicians in with their own PointClickCare accounts.

2

Weeks 3 to 8: live use

Clinicians use Provider Review for after-hours requests and incident and movement follow-up. Dexzyle counts every review opened; response-time and systems-touched measures are recorded with your team against the week 1 to 2 baseline. Pilot groups shape the "since last review" brief.

3

Day 60: decide with numbers

You see the measurements beside your baseline. Continue at the same price with setup still waived, or stop with nothing more to pay.

What providers ask before a pilot

Does Provider Review replace our EHR?

No. Provider Review is a read-only view of PointClickCare resident context inside Dexzyle's secure communication app. Your practice EHR, billing, and e-prescribing stay where they are, and PointClickCare remains the clinical record.

How much history does Provider Review show?

Progress notes default to the last 7 days, and the clinician can select 24 hours, 7, 14, or 30 days. Incidents and admissions, discharges, and transfers show the last 30 days. Medications, orders, allergies, conditions, and vitals show the current picture. It does not claim to be the full chart.

Does anything get written back to the chart?

Not from Provider Review. It reads the chart and writes nothing. Separately, where enabled for your organization, secure-message text and shared attachments, including faxes, can be filed to the PointClickCare resident chart.

How do clinicians sign in?

With their own PointClickCare credentials, via OAuth. Dexzyle acts with exactly the permissions their PointClickCare account already has, and re-linking takes one click when the authorization expires.

What does activation involve?

Each facility is connected to your organization through PointClickCare Marketplace. We confirm which facilities and event types are enabled during onboarding. We aim to activate pilot groups in the first two weeks. Where incident events are part of the pilot, activation also depends on a PointClickCare subscription change and its approval window.

Is Provider Review available on mobile?

Yes. Provider Review runs in the Dexzyle web app and in the iOS and Android apps, reached from the resident's contact screen.

What does the pilot cost if we do not continue?

Sixty days at the production price, with no setup fee and nothing more to pay if you stop. One provider covering two facilities is $594; ten clinicians across three facilities is $2,574. If you continue, the price stays the same and setup stays waived.

Bring one real after-hours question.

We will walk the whole loop with your facilities in mind: the message, the review, the response. Then decide whether a 60-day pilot is worth your clinicians' time.
